With these two moves, Tradebe is investing heavily in Lake County, IN.
"Relocating our headquarters gives us the opportunity to bring much of our Midwest office staff together in one location to promote efficiencies within the organization with our new headquarters just 20 miles from the East Chicago facility," CEO Victor Creixell told the Tribune.
And Indiana is being aggressive about luring business from neighboring Illinois. Last week, Indiana officials announced that Illinois-based Hoist Liftruck Mfg. Inc. is planning to expand operations in East Chicago.
