Minnesota is proposing to reissue a permit allowing continued use of a municipal solid waste ash landfill in Red Wing.
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is out with a public notice indicating its intent to reissue the solid waste facility permit for up to five years to the city of Red Wing and Goodhue County. The ash landfill has 60,000 cubic yards of remaining capacity.
