Vancouver based waste to energy gasification specialist, Waste to Energy Canada (WTEC) has closed on the asset purchase agreement to acquire the intellectual property of Waste2Energy Group Holdings and Waste2Eenergy technologies International.
According to WTEC, the intellectual property assets including original patents and design work for the batch oxidisation system technology were sold to it via a sale order free of any claims, liens or encumbrances issued by Honorable Judge Kevin J. Carey of the Court of the district of Delaware.
