City of Cleveland officials fired a consultant tasked with designing a $180 million waste-to-energy plant after finding drafts containing errors and incorrect calculations.
Peter Tien, a consultant for the New York-based Princeton Environmental Group, was let go after three failed attempts to correct issues with the project´s financial analysis, according to the Cleveland Plan Dealer.
Tien´s financial projections for the plant were inconsistent and changed from draft to draft, according to the paper.
