- The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) has announced the election of a number of members to its board, as reported by Recycling Today.
- The private trade association, representing almost 2,000 companies with ties to the scrap recycling industry, elected four national officers, three directors-at-large, in addition to an associate director to the board., according to Recycling Today.
- Elections for the positions were conducted at ISRI's 2014 Convention & Exposition between April 6 through 10, 2014.

The new members of ISRI include: Doug Kramer as the new chairman; Mark Lewon as Chair-Elect; Vice-Chair Brian Shine and Gary Champlin Secretary-Treasurer. In addition, three new directors are: Josh Joseph, Tom Knippel and Eva Shine. Named as the new associate director is Tim Shuttleworth. Each individual selected will serve on the ISRI board until 2016, according to Recycling Today.
