Nevada based carbonaceous waste to energy specialist, TransAct Energy has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to utilise emission free waste to energy technology through a subsidiary that will develop a series of municipal scale plants.
The company said that the agreement with Bruce Hutchon, Utopial Limited and Halfuel Limited provides it with $25 million dollars of financing.
TransAct said that it had previously signed a letter of intent with Hutchon that contemplated the formation of a partnership to fund, develop and grow the emissions free waste to energy technology globally.
