- According to OSHA, Recycling Revolution put its workers in danger of falling, amputation, and fire at the facility. Citations include missing rails on stairs, failing to establish procedures, not providing easily reached fire extinguishers, and other violations.
- Recycling Revolution is trying to connect with OSHA officials to resolve the matter, a company supervisor who declined to be named told The Telegraph, adding that he believed some of the violations were inaccurate.
