- Zero Waste Solutions started construction on a new recycling facility at a transfer station in Rochester, Massachusetts.
- The site is expected to process between 90 to 95% of all waste materials entering the plant, and is equipped to accept municipal solid waste, paper, e-waste, tin cans and construction debris.
- The 94,000 square foot plant, includes 80,000 square feet of solar panels, installed to produce electricity, and is expected to open in the summer of 2014.
