RICHMOND, Texas – September 5, 2025 – Best Trash, a market-leading municipal solid waste (“MSW”) provider serving the Greater Houston Area, today announced it has acquired Blackjack Disposal, a Dallas Fort Worth area MSW provider of residential and commercial hauling services. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The combination expands Best Trash’s presence beyond the Greater Houston Area into North Texas and complements its core residential MSW offering with additional roll-off, construction and household hazardous waste services. Blackjack Disposal serves customers across the DFW metroplex.
