Morristown, IN – January 28, 2026 – Caldwell Environmental, Inc., a leading provider of industrial cleaning and waste management solutions across the Midwest, announced today the acquisition of Northern Hills Oil, a well-established centralized waste treatment and non-hazardous waste solidification company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Caldwell Environmental's service offerings and expands its geographic footprint, allowing the company to better serve its growing customer base. Expanded capabilities now include additional capacities for waste solidification and oil recycling, wastewater treatment, and operation of a 10-day hazardous waste transfer facility.
