Rulison, a seasoned corporate attorney and business advisor, oversees the company’s legal function and now serves as Secretary of the Board. Her extensive experience partnering with executive teams, boards, and investors on high-impact transactions and strategic initiatives is well-aligned with GreenWaste’s growth trajectory.
