Grapple truck maker Petersen Industries Inc. has a pair of new owners. The Lake Wales, Fla.-based company was acquired by Casey Hardee, who most recently was Petersen Industries' national accounts manager, and Sam Petersen, son of company founder John Petersen. Hardee will be president of the company and Sam Petersen, who has held a variety of positions in the family business over the years, will be vice president of sales and marketing. Started in 1957, Petersen Industries began making trucks for the citrus loading industry.
