Republic Services elects new board member

  • Manuel “Manny” Kadre is now serving on the board of directors of Republic Services, Inc.
  • Kadre is currently the Chairman and CEO of MBB Auto, LLC. Since 2009, he has acted as CEO of Gold Coast Caribbean Importers, LLC. 
  • Republic president and CEO Donald W. Slager, who also serves as board director of the company, touted Kadre’s experience in adeptly positioning brands in highly-regulated markets.

Dive Insight:

In the beginning of June, Republic named Robert A. Maruster as executive vice president and COO. He stepped into the new role on June 9.
